Our TCRS products help you better understand how torque converters work and how to generate income by remanufacturing them.
The system includes equipment to cut, wash, machine, bond, weld, balance, and leak test torque converters. SuperFlow's weld aligners are the system's core because they were developed specifically to support high-volume, semi-automated torque converter welding. The auto weld aligner accommodates all torque converter configurations with adapter bushings unique to each specific converter. They include air-operated collets, patented auto-tack and auto-weld systems, and the ability to perform "bowl-buildups" and weld-on impeller hubs.
