SuperFlow's Axiline Electronic Shifter (AES) console allows you to shift electronic transmissions. The AES can control up to 8 positive or 8 negative pulse-width modulated (PWM) solenoids, in any mix of DC or PWM with duty cycles at 1% increments and frequencies from 4 to 2,000 Hz in 1 Hz increments. Everything you need, including a personal computer, is on a convenient roll-around cart. Simply roll the unit up to the testing device and attach the various leads.
The Supershift AES works with transmission dynamometers, valve body testers and solenoid testers -- both those from industry manufacturers and custom built units. The Supershift AES checks solenoid current and resistance. SuperFlow's AES is capable of emulating and controlling transmissions and valve bodies that use sequential and/or adaptive strategies.
