Introduction

Press, straighten, and weld all types of driveshafts up to 1950 series Spicer and up to 1,000-pound shafts.

The Axiline Press Welder functions as an individual push up press and has the option of adding the Auto Weld feature. At the operators left is the headstock composed of a socket chuck and 10-ton air-over-hydraulic ram press mounted in the work support. At the operators right is the moveable tailstock. Both socket chucks are held in place by the pillow block bearings on a precise centerline.

Like all Axiline driveline equipment, the Press Welder uses SuperFlow's Plug-and-Socket fixture system. Yoke, flange, CV and transmission slip fixtures are available.

The press welder is a great machine to start rebuilding drive shafts or as an add-on to your existing rebuilding operation.
