Kits include wet flow control unit, bracket, spray bar adapter base plate, hose & recovery tank. You can now wet flow heads on SuperFlow or any dry bench with our new WFB1500 & 1500PS units. Conversion takes only 10 minutes to attach to your dry bench. You can see a staining pattern in the chamber where the air & fluid mix it up discovering the truth to your theories about what really happens during combustion. The real truth of the combustion chamber shape is revealed & power producing changes can be made.
The WFB1500 & 1500PS records cfm of airflow like a regular flow bench. It flows distilled water with a staining dye in it that leaves a trail where the air & fuel mix it up in the combustion chamber when the valve opens at given lifts & test pressures. The flow test process reverse flows the liquid through a radiused inlet guide into the intake port & combustion chamber. The chamber is coated with white Dykem to show you where the staining is taking place spotting the dead areas & where it isn't. We have found wet flow rings on the chamber floor & around the spark plugs. The real importance of valve seat angles & valve seat under cut angles especially their widths are revealed.
