The heat exchanger option is a bolt on application requiring an additional AC cable that connects to the console as well as additional connections to the consoles' temperature controller.

The unit is initially set to turn on when the transmission fluid reaches 190° (88°C) and will remain on until the fluid reaches 170° F (77°C). The variable frequency drive will shut down should the heat exchanger fail to maintain an acceptable temperature of 200°F (93°C).

Included in the kit:
  • 96" (243.8 cm) hose 3/8" (.9525cm) ID and fittings. (This kit assumes use of existing cooler hose for complete circuit)
  • One Male and One Female Quick Disconnect
  • 35' (10.668M) Multi-conductor wire 16 gauge for power
  • Mounting Bracket to mount to test stand frame
  • Wiring diagram to wire into the Uni-console temperature indicator for temperature control
  • Removes 1 Hp (not intended for duribility testing)
