SuperFlow's New SF-66K
The all-new modular-style transmission testing system that combines the latest technologies from SuperFlow's Axiline and Hicklin branded dynos and performs a much broader range of dynamometer test functions for both light-duty and medium-duty transmissions, is now available from SuperFlow.
The new SuperFlow SF-66K sets a new, higher standard in transmission testing performance. It embodies customer input and years of research and development. Today, with all-new fourth-generation Allison control technology, SuperFlow is able to offer customers a system that tests virtually every transmission on the road (with configurations for transaxle, inline, all-wheel drive, transfer case, and axle), including all the new Allison models.
Reduce Comebacks!
Studies consistently show that load testing dramatically reduces comebacks. The new Superflow TransDyno SF-66K monitors and tests virtually every aspect of transmission performance, under simulated road load conditions, before the transmission is actually installed in the vehicle -- including main pressure, up to 11 additional pressures, input and output speeds, input torque, output torque, PRNDL switches, fluid flow, pressure switches, and the parking pawl. When equipped with SuperFlow's TDAC (Transmission Data Acquisition & Control) or AES (Axiline Electronic Shifter) systems, the SF-66K can test nearly any hydraulically and electrically shifted transmission, foreign and domestic, in front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.
