SuperFlow's TDAC is a complete data acquisition and control system for transmission testing. It works with most transmission dynamometers and SuperFlow's Valve Body Tester. TDAC controls the tests, stores the data and produces reports. TDAC's automated tests ensure consistent, repeatable tests. This hardware/software system controls input speed and output load. It features a proprietary anti-stacking mode that keeps hydraulic transmissions from shifting from first to third gear. It can command and control up to 8 positive or 8 negative pulse-width modulated (PWM) solenoids. The unit provides analysis of electrical accessories including solenoid current and resistance, pressure switches, PRNDL switch and temperature sensor*. The duty cycle can be set in 1% increments and frequency can be specified from 4 to 2,000Hz.
The TDAC operator's console is free standing and is attached to the dynamometer or tester via hydraulic lines and electrical cables.
* Requires optional accessories and connectors.
TDAC includes a sturdy console with a complete complement of gauges and a Windows-based computer, printer and monitor.
TDAC comes with a suite of tests tailored to each transmission type.
TDAC can be used with most SuperFlow transmission dynamometers and valve body testers.
TDAC produces extensive reports including an optional banding report, a graph of shift points based on hydraulic pressure over time.
TDAC's automated tests remove human error and increase test reliability and repeatability.
TDAC improves productivity with its rapid setup and optimized test sequences.
TDAC's reports are compiled in a way to help users identify failure patterns and trends.
TDAC allows you to validate and document transmission performance so you can offer longer warranties with confidence.
