TCD-1200
The TD-1200 is designed for testing passenger cars, 4WD recreational vehicles and mini-van vehicles up to 10,000 pounds (4.536 kg) GVW.
SuperFlow has upgraded the maximum capacity, electronics and software, improving data resolution, storage and display. The new electronics use industry standard Ethernet connectivity and allow much higher data acquisition rates and improved control.
An air-cooled, eddy-current absorber develops 1,800 pounds (8.000N) of drawbar pull from 5-40 mph (8-64 kph). The top speed is 70 mph (112 kph). The SF-TD-1200 simulates grades up to 12 percent with test vehicles of 10,000 pounds GVW; higher percent grades may be achieved with lighter test vehicles. An aerodynamic, single piece fiberglass body lifts on rear pivots for access to interior electronics and components.
