Return/Cancellation Policy
- If SuperFlow Technologies Group agrees to the return of a product, SuperFlow is entitled to charge the Customer a restocking charge.
- No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
- If a Customer cancels an order, the Customer shall be responsible for all related work in process; however, SuperFlow Technologies Group shall take responsible steps to mitigate their damage immediately upon receipt of a written cancellation notice from Customer.
- To return any product, Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from SuperFlow Technologies Group.
