Delivery Policy

SuperFlow Technologies Group shall deliver the products to a carrier at SuperFlow Technologies Group's plant and Customer shall pay all freight charges applicable, import duties, or other necessary fees and shall bear the risk of carrying out customs formalities and clearance.
If the product is sold to a customer outside the U.S., SuperFlow Technologies Group shall clear the products for export destination outside of the U.S. Any claim for shipment shortage shall be deemed waived, unless presented to SuperFlow Technologies Group in writing within thirty (30) days of shipment.
Shipment dates are scheduled after acceptance of orders and receipt of necessary documents and advance payments. Any delay in the receipt of such documents or advance payments shall enable the term of delivery to be extended according to the production schedule at the time of receipt or may render the order invalid.
