Position Description:
The Customer Service Engineer pursues the highest standards in customer support. The purpose of the Customer Service Engineer is to support SuperFlow equipment throughout its product lifecycle. Commissioning equipment and training our customers at the time of initial installation ensures that the relationship starts off on the proper footing. Post sale technical support and repair work are critical to our customers because their businesses demand that SuperFlow equipment is both reliable and accurate. Upgrades to older equipment allow our customers to achieve the maximum return on their invested dollars. The Customer Service Engineer is the key interface between the customer and the organization during all of these operations.
Qualifications:
- BS in engineering. Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical.
- 3 – 5 years engineering experience preferred.
- Ability to travel. This position will spend 25% - 75% of its time at customer sites.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills required. Both electrical and mechanical.
- Previous automotive test experience.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other technical drawings.
- Data analysis and presentation.
- Motorsports enthusiast desired.

Product Support Engineer:
A product support engineer, using sound engineering concepts, will be responsible for testing to ensure products in manufacturing process are operating as designed. Also responsible in determining the best way the test can be performed in order to achieve complete coverage of all components using different testing processes. Product support engineer’s involvement will begin with early stages of the design phase, followed by assembly, development, testing and support.
Position requirements:
- Provide technical expertise in testing and product knowledge.
- Provide support in manufacturing area including component selection, substitution, acquisition and testing.
- Write test procedures and develop test plans, configuring necessary operating environment as needed to complete assigned testing.
- Determine Design for Test (DFT) features and specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design.
- Train production testing staff in function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation - including Drawings, Bills of Materials and Assembly Instructions.
- Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies
- Creates Solid models primarily in Solidworks, other Solid modeling software's are accepted
- Creates detail drawings complete with dimensions, surface finish, manufacturing and assembly notes, and tolerancing.
- Evaluates the necessity and value of current designs.
- Provides and justifies alternatives to designs.
- Works with other engineers and designers, assist in development of new products and concepts.
- Promotes and maintains a team environment and open communication in order to ensure continuous and efficient productivity.
- Supports activities in the areas of cost containment, opportunities for financial savings, efficiency, productivity, energy conservation and waste minimization.

Development Engineer
Position Description:
This position will be part of a small team that develops and supports all current products. Superflow products typically consist of a mechanical component, an internally developed embedded controller, data acquisition system, and Windows software for both real time display and post processing analysis. This position will require a very broad skill set. Responsibilities may include PCB design, board/system debug, validation of new designs, customer support, documentation, manufacturing support and software development and debug.
Qualifications:
- BS in engineering. BSEE preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience.
- C programming experience.
- Embedded system experience. Motorola preferred.
- PCB design/debug skills required.
- Ability to travel. Approximately 10%.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Versatile debug skills required.
- Motorsports enthusiast desired.
